This is one of my all time favourite tunes. It's uptempo an uplifting but no as worn out as Move On Up. Don't get me wrong here. Move On Up is a true classic but you know what I mean.
The 7" was released in 1980 by Echo Records. The Only Way Up appears also on the Harmless compilation Life:Styles (Compiled By Coldcut).
